Good morning, 1st: I am looking for such an SSD module: 256GB Adata xm11-v2 has anyone such a spare module in working condition ? Offers welcome 2nd: Can anyone offer or suggest an adapter to convert this proprietory connectors / ssd into standard SATA Allthough it looks quite similar - it IS NOT mSATA and - it IS NOT M.2. It is smaller and has less pins on the contact - its used in the ASUS Zenbook UX51VZ in pairs of 2 to build a raid Thank you for assistance *** |

Hello I have a XM-11 module , but is only (128GB). You are right.. They are a non standard interface. Electrically it is simply 3.3V and SATA 2.0 nothing special there, but as far as the pin arrangement goes its different to anything else out there. Personally I always manually connected to the device with a PC3K SATA-ATA adapter and a little jig I have made from a modified Mac-book air adapter. |
