PCB Not working ( No any light in PC3000 ?

HI


Can anyone help me to find out the PCB Malfunction ? I can't see any Physical damage or burn components in PCB. I have attached the PCB Both side.

The problem starts with "S" and ends in "andForce" ;)

Join the club of frustrated people exposed to this crap Sandforce

the sticker in the middle of first pic says where this SSD should go

not neccessory to be burned, might be defected

start with Tracing POWER components

good luck

As mentioned (SandForce) nothing more to do if thats the case @the end

I would check the power components too. But if its beyond that i'm afraid there is not much you can do as einstein9 said.

Even though there is a TONNE of websites spouting they can "do SandForce" Have not heard a single verifiable account of anyone doing anything SandForce specific.

maybe try one of them and put them to the test.

I see a ton of websites saying they can recover floppy disks, does ACE sell a device for doing such recoveries?
