how to restore original capacity to SD card

Hi all,
I have SD card sharpen sd card 32GB 60MB/s 400x



it was fine but last time during it's connect with a laptop the capacity change to only 29 MB
and it doesn't give me full space in Disk Management



as well as in disk part



How I can restore the full capacity to SD card?

data can be extracted
fixing it,,, better buy new (not expensive)

agree controller is bad.

A DR shop would need to read the NAND chips to get the DATA.. as long as tools support the flash chips and structure/algo's.

And that is a Compact Flash card, NOT an SD card.

I realise it is expensive, but a new one is required, this one is cactus.
