Is there some trick I don't know about for reading Micron BGA-152 chips with NR/FE?

I've tried reading @ 3.3v & 1.8v, also tried converting the 3.3v signals to 1.8v.
Donor PCB's all use 1.8v..

There are always random groupings of uncorrectable bit errors..

NR is not so good for modern memory flash. Many many reading errors.

I get same thing with Micron BGA-152 chips. PC3k, FE, and i even tried on VNR where you can control the various voltages but i get same results no matter which power scheme used.

The BGA I read - with 2 different tools, had bit errors as well, spread over the dump though.
