Is here someone that could help me on recovery data from HTC One phone that was water damaged and doesn't turn on at all.
I am from europe...

Is it crypted by default? Or only if user has password set?

get the phone repaired, root the phone and then use software the Disk Digger. you might access it with USB cable, not sure about that is your case.
