Mushkin Callisto MKNSSDCL120GB (3.6.1 Firmware) Not Detected

Hi!
My Mushkin Callisto MKNSSDCL120GB SSD (with firmware version 3.6.1) was purchased approximately 3 years ago for a Windows 7 system. It worked fine until last night. It suddenly cannot be detected by the BIOS on the computer I used it with. Nor can it be detected by the BIOS of a different computer. Is that data recoverable in this case? Supposing I purchased a used Callisto MKNSSDCL120GB of the same firmware version on Ebay, would I be able to swap the logic boards, or is the storage of the drive actually integrated into the logic board? Is there any way to recover the data from this SSD?
Thanks a lot
