 Post subject: PC-3000 Flash Question

Is this chip Type 4 or Type 5? Its very difficult to tell from the PC-3000 Global Resources page (I think its 4). Its from a SanDisk Ultra 32GB SD Card. Chip number is 3386CLQ12992 032G.

We have recovered either a very similar or the same Sandisk monolithic SD card recently.

Solder by type 5, but leave pins D8-B15 in the air, thus you'll be able to tell what bus the device was using.
