I got this sony phone for data recovery. Phone has been washed in the washing machine. Need the contacts only. The client gave this phone to some local shop, but they couldn't start the phone. I would like to outsource this recovery. Any suggestions for a reasonable outsource?
Thank you.

Is this SonyEricsson Xperia X10 mini pro (U20i)?
If memory isn't dead (dump can be created), we'll be happy to help with chip-off data recovery for this mobile phone.
Please check your PM.

This phone can be JTAGged. Even if a phone doesn't appear to turn on, jtag will often still work. Chip off would be a second, normally more expensive, choice.

@Thank you fzabkar. Now i think i should not mess with this as i have no related experience with mobile phones but it was worth reading the manual. Good knowledge!
Ps: i have been following your posts here and HDDOracle. You are amazing at electronics
