This voice recorder has deleted files the client wants back. I cannot get the device to be recognized on any system to scan it. I can see the device through the Olympus software and have installed drivers, but it still cannot be seen. I have tried XP, W7 W8, OSX and Linux. This should be a pretty simple job, but proving to be more complex.

of course, no need to rush (like i said: "as a last resort") unless the client is in hurry
maybe you can upload a pic. and we figure out that's easy one like this
