if you want to post to me I can do flash recovery on it. depending on where you live, there may be another person here closer.
I can recommend others from Poland, UK, etc
knowing the model is not going to help you here. and there is limited things you can try at home without risking total loss of data.
I could go into possible faults but much better to see the device and recover physically here.
