Anyone has dealt successfully with this drive: OCZ Agility 3 (agt3-25sat3-120g) 128GB bricked state?

The drive stays in BSY state forever.

Acelabs, RuSolut & Soft-center have all replied that this case is unrecoverable.

Anyone had a way to get data back from this drive ? OCZ works with Drivesavers but they didn't tell me if they managed to recover from this specific drive or other types of drives. They want me to send the drive there.

Sandforce controller yes!
The only provider that is currently recovering these drives is drivesavers and they are the official recovery center for ocz. They asked about 8000$ to recover it.
Is there anyone in here specializing in SSDs or shall i start researching in our lab a solution ?
Is there anyone else having this problem with no solution found?
Is there anyone else that has found a solution to this ?

By the way, the green led is constantly on in this drive.
