English guys, google translate is more work for us can you take a pic of the other side of the device? if you can find a datasheet of the controller, you can access nand traces from there. Or possibly scrape away carefully the edges of the cob until you get to the pads. pinout is possibly silkscreened on pcb. also I don't really think your programmer would support this type of nand |

wow, you were sure unlucky with COB for both controller AND NAND! what is the problem with the UFD? have you tried ignoring windows, just plug it in and start DMDE. If it shows up, take an image of the whole disk, then run Data Recovery software on that. else, scratch GENTLY a bit off the side of the nand chip, and try and see more of the PCB. sometimes the contacts are labelled |
