Dump with SD FlashDoctor

In a pen drive of 1gb composed of 2 channel CE0 and CE1 (512mb and 512mb) I make a dump with SD FD but impossibile to recognized the structure , what kind of external program can I use ?!

I don't think there is one (not sure) except if you wanna do it manually with an HEX editor
