Here you have my solution for similar case. Controller name is IDE 5019SN-48-G (it should be rebranded AU6998), memory module is refurbished Sandisk. the only tool I know that cares kind of what controller name is, is flash doctor. and that field is informational, not an actual setting that has anything to do with reading the NAND. What flash tools do you have, as it sounds like you may need more assistance. you should be concentrating reading the nand based on its properties, and worry about the controller after that |

Just tried reread memory chip with AU6998, nothing new, still working on it. AU it seems ALCOR, just got next case with controller ALCOR MICRO AU 6989SNHL-G Will see, may be will be more clear |
