I am looking for storage solution with hi performance (throughput and seek) one-time writable and than used as read only. I need aprox. 4T of space and SSD is expensive (480GB = 999 usb for hp dl380 servers)

did anyone hear of something that could be used?

thanks in advance

Maybe it would be easier with a write-blocker; for example:

are you sure it needs to be one time writeable, and instead could the read-only"ness" be done with access controls instead? then you can use anything. I haven't seen an SSD that is actually one time writeable by design
