Hi friends
I got this microsd that can recognized with correct size and can see used and empty space but can't get inside files, I can read just some little first sectors but at certain sector all softwares I tried stop to responds, after two thirds of sectors I can returns to see the sectors fine but most of the patient data is in the inaccessible area.
So I want to ask you guys what are the chances this is a controller issue or this a nand chip issue and monolith recovery will not help or maybe if I will buy sd to ide\sata adapter and connect it to imaging equipment in that case can I access sectors with more success ?
Thanks all

Is it recognized in other systems and can you see the files there? check that the card-reader is good by trying another card in it and trying the questionable card in another reader. It is possible that the reader has failed or, if you are lucky, it’s cable has come loose.

the SD adapter wont help.
try taking an image with DMDE of the whole disk (not partition) and then do DR on the image. small guide here
https://forum.hddguru.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=33080&p=230608&hilit=DMDE#p230608or maybe you will have to try monolith recovery on it.

Update:After all software include DMDE failed to make image, all of them crash or stop with error at certain sector at the very beginning, and client doesn't want to pay for monolith recover my only choice was to buy the micro\sd to ide adapter connect it to the imaging equipment and try, guess what after unusual configuration in forward and reverse I be able to read 70% of sectors, so totally I recover about 40-50% complete files user data.
So this might help in some cases for DR that don't have nand recovery equipment.
