without proper/expensive tools you cannot.
find a Pro. LAB close to your area with the proper Gear

if you needed your data, if not, you may try to kill it slowly

1)Try password generator based on service tag for the iBM/Dell laptops.
2)Also if ssd drive been used in Lexus/Toyota cars there is also uses same passphrase to unlock it.
3) If drive came from person who don't know the passphrase, than avoid this case coz disk probably been stolen
4) If the owner of this ssd is real owner and he didnt set the pass , than it is FW problem.
