I have Sandisk 8GB
it's Monolith USB after pull out
it's give me No media on computer Disk manager

How I can make Diagnosis for this in the right way?

Do you even do flash recoveries or have proper equipment for working on flash memory?

I think it is really bad idea start learning flash recovery from monolith ;)

it can be usb inner hardware issue.. have you ever check it?
i hope you may find a way to get rid of it...
for further guides you may go through flash recoveries methods by google.. :)
