Got a cracked Sandisk Ultra PLUS 64gb micro SD with a fracture running through it. See attached photos.

Would it be possible to recover this using monolith tools?

Of course, some traces would have to be repaired on the surface, but is there any way to tell if it's damaged even more internally?

Well I completely believe you but I figure it can't hurt to try. Just gotta get a micro SD reader now.

Yes, worth to try, but memory module in MicroSD cards usually cover all surface of card (inside). So any crack usually destroy the memory module.

Not Possible,Just Under 10% Chance It Can Work .If You See a Good Xrayed Image Of a Micro SD You Will Understand It Has a Lot Of Tracks Inside It .In You Case You Repaired Just The Top Once ,But Worth a Try
