Can't see the back clear enough to know what pinout it is
If it is the same you don't mention it

Good way to take picture is to put MicroSD near a white wall or and shine a desk lamp on the wall so you don't get glare. Angle phone or camera various ways until the back PCB is visible
If you play around with this method you can determine pcb/pinout without removing coating
