Any idea how to get a number of NAND chips / channels or pages through Safe / Techno Mode ? Like PC-3000 did https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GqsAbfTd8uY&t=295s

or any option to dump a raw image of every single one memory chip?

OCZ Vertex 4 is run by a Sandforce controller. Unless it is strictly for R&D, you are best to outsource the drive to someone who already knows how...but, it won't be cheap.
