I think it will be Phison PS3111-S11. Sandforce controller is bigger ;)

ISTM that the "480GB" SSD might actually be a 360GB model (120/240/360/480) :?

2 x NW840 + 2 x NW838 = 2 x 1Tbit + 2 x 768Gbit = 442GB
3 x NW837 = 3 x 384Gbit = 144GB

You are right Michal, its not supported in 3k yet

I think the only solution is by removing those chips (cannot repair)
(sorry you may ignore my prev. terminal Question..)

I knew that i had this SSD in hand (working in my lab) just found it
