Sony SF-16UX SD card monolith help

Hi!
This SD card has a very unusual pinout and I wonder if anybody has every seen anything like this?
The card is already in a very good lab but unfortunately they can't do anything about it. I saw this topic but it doesn't seem to help.
If somebody is able to help I will appreciate very much!
