Samsung 850 hangs after microcode upload

Hey,

I have here a Samsung 850 Pro drive on my table. The problem with this drive is, that after I power it on, the drive stay busy. In safe mode, the drive get ready, but I can't upload the microcode (PC3k SSD provides two microcodes, both have the same result). After I upload the microcode with the terminal connection, the drive again get into the busy state.

Is there anything I can do to get the data?

Did ACE Lab released the new microcodes? Because my subscription ran out in Jan 2017 and I have no updates for PC3k SSD

Is there someone on Europe who want to take a look at this case? I'd like to outsource it.
