I have had two so far. Both are from PNY's, one 64GB and one 128GB. Controllers are pretty standard so if we can read the chip we should be good. One: AM6998E Second: PS2251 Thanks

go to flashboot or whatever, get the controller pinout (phison most likely would be there) and trace the pins from controller to nand chip. put the continuity beep function on multmeter. put one probe on pin 1, the other test all nand pads on PCB. when you get a beep, map pin of controller to pad of nand. make a paper map, there are controller pinouts on I think Flashboot.ru or usbdev or something. |
