Easy Jtag MicroSD Cards

Hello,

I wondered if there was anything similar to the Rusolut Monolith adaptor for MicroSD Cards available for Easy Jtag boxes? Something like this https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=i&rct=j ... 1396250031

Also is there any way of finding schematics for these MicroSD Cards so I know where to connect the jumper wires?

I'm not 100% what your asking, MicroSD cards use the same signals UFD's use so Sasha's Monolithic adapter would work just the same. You just need to know the MicroSD pinout, to find them I attach a wire to each via and use a logic analyzer to find it's function.. lots of manual labor.

I've "heard" there are only a few NAND memory chip dies out there so you can use an expensive ($500k-$1Mil) X-ray to figure out pin-outs (wire-bonds) once you identify the NAND die. Whether it's true or not I don't know.

MicroSD cards don't use JTAG

@jeremyb: In Easy JTAG Plus there are possibility to read also NAND - so in "theory" it's possible to read any monolith...
@revivaltronics: if this information help soon connection adapter to use MR series adapters will be available for EasyJTAG Plus and also UP828P
