Sandisk Monolith Data Line Question

December 11th, 2018, 19:37

This SD Card was water damaged and has some corrosion. We can see that several of the pads were severed from the via's. All but one of the lines can be read through the via or other contact points. However the data line I have marked on the picture is dead. Is there anyway to tap into this data line from a different point? I have tested it all the way to the bottom of the chip and it is dead.

Are you able to access the card in a different mode, eg SPI bus mode or One-bit SD bus mode?

SD v13 from my DB http://odzyskiwanie-danych.com.pl/image ... arvika.jpg
It is 8-bit memory, so this pad is not necessary for recovery. Check continuity from pads to vias for all used memory signals. If some is broken connect directly to via. If not work, memory is damaged or you make some mistake.
