I have a Sandisk TSOP 48W chip that ID's as 2C010203 which seems unusual.
The chip is: SDTNSGBMB - 32GB.
Anyone know the correct pin scheme for this chip?

ID: 2C010203, check short Dx signal to GND.

If you mean Datalines (Dx), they all check out okay.
Also checked in diode mode and they all give c1450.

Yes, from my notes: I receive similar ID when some D was shorted to GND.

Many thanks. I guess the chip has some internal damage.

Chip is internally damaged..
Error code for when the internal NAND controller works but the internal NAND is damaged, usually by overvoltage.

some of the wide tsop's are 1.8v core

I ended up buying the Ace Labs TSOP 48W adapter but the chip wouldn't read.
Thanks for the help.
