un identified data from failure CF CARD

Scandisk Extreme pro (UDMA7)

Created Image from Cf card because Card Have Bad Sectors ( Unreadable Sectors)
After Successfully imaged 97.5% of card , tried In R-studio
R-Studio Does Not Recognized File System and even does not recognized raw files
when Before problem it have exFAT System on it ..

it looks like encrypted data, but sure it not encrypted from DSLR , please give solution for this

is it work if i suppose to change Controller ic , or need to read with nand flash readers??

totel 60Gb( 97.6% ) imaged .. with DE ( It's 64GB CF Card )

I've seen this where the controller just throws out garbage and chip off is needed. Usually this is with Lexar.
