| Post subject: | is it possible to recover data from 10+ year old dead hdd? |
i have any hdd what has been siting in my computer desk drawer for 10 or more.what chances that data is still in there.i only remember that my hdd had loud bang and lots smoke then it failed..also my kids have removed label what info text and hdd info...so what are my chances for data recovery? |
