If you are looking for a "short", measure the resistance between +5V and Ground at the SATA power connector. Then measure the resistances between ground and each of the 4 inductors L500 - L503.

Hi. I have one of them which don't get recognized not even in MRT. To be precise it's a CT1000-MX500-SSD1. I checked what you suggested with that results:

+5 -> GND = 137 kOhm
GND -> L500 = 154 kOhm
GND -> L501 = 138.5 kOhm
GND -> L502 = 141 kOhm
GND -> L503 = 138.5 kOhm

Measure the voltages at those same locations.

+5V -> L500 = 1.8V
+5V -> L501 = 3.2V
+5V -> L502 = 3.9V
+5V -> L503 = 3.6V

Are there any components on the other side of the PCB?

The measurements at L502 and L503 don't feel right. ICBW, but none of the four voltages seems low enough for a Vcore.

I just realised that you appear to have measured the voltage between +5V and each of the coils. You need to measure the voltages between ground and each of the coils.

So …

    L500 - 3.2V - NAND Vcc
    L501 - 1.8V - NAND Vccq
    L502 - 1.1V - Vcore
    L503 - 1.4V - Vsdram

Is that right?

No - when I measure Ground -> L500/1/2/3 I have everywhere 5V or a bit more. I think I get something wrong.

I connect the power to the SATA-port, the COM-pin to one of the GND-pins of the SATA-connector (pin 4 or 5 of SATA-power) and the red-pin to the L500/1/2/3 SMD. No matter which side I connect i have 5V.

Does someone know which pin's to short to come into save mode?

Can you measure the voltages at the SATA power connector? Use a screw hole as your COM reference.
