Do Try this Experiement Worth It ,But The SSD Should Not Be In Busy Mode IMHO Otherwise Its Waste ,Might Be It Gets Out Of Busy Mode If We Increase Decrease Voltage To NAND

Sorry for the delay. I will get to this soon. Had a few RAID's in all with rebuild issues.

Our little experiment didn't work on this occasion. I think the principal was good, but the drive still goes BSY trying to read a sector. The drive stopped responding altogether at 2.7v, which I guess is no surprise.
It is a strange one. The generic utility in PC3000 even reports SMART status....

Did you try raising the voltage above 3.3V?

Yes I went to 3.6v. The reader goes to 4.0v but did not want to go that high.
