| Post subject: | After Slow Windows 7 Restart, Boot SSD Not Recognized... |
I've been told this series of SSD is difficult to work with, and every data recovery company makes claims that I can't make heads or tails of...Can anyone tell me if this can even be recovered and who would have the best chance of doing so? SSD GENERAL INFO: San Disk SSD Plus, purchased around ~2012 MODEL?: SDSSDA-240G SERIAL NUMBER: 153706400659 OS: Windows 7 Timeline: -windows took an unusually long time to restart, eventually does, then fails before windows login screen saying 'no bootable device found' -not detected in bios (on same computer) -tried different sata port on same computer (no recognition) | bios does recognize another storage hdd on same system -tried sata to usb adapter on a different computer via usb (no recognition) -not recognized in device manager (on different computer) -not recognized in disk management (on different computer) |
