Thanks, yes I would if I had some time, but cant get in lab to setup PC for him.
I have a Micron account, but cannot find any datasheet where the exact number matches, or ID appears in it.
That datasheet is for MLC, as far as I can tell this one is TLC.
The part number in the dump leads to the datasheet B95A_128Gb_256Gb_512Gb_Async_Sync_NAND.pdf
I'm concerned that byte 2 and 3 don't appear in it.
I would say the d8 32 is wrong, but did references to it in flash circles.
B05A has already flowed out, supporting ID: 2C, 84, D8, 32, A1, 00. ID: 2C, 84, 58, 32, A1, 00 flash memory is not supported, the modification is useless, firmware problem. 2258H supports 2C, 84, 58, 32, A1, 00, absolutely f--k!
The only reference to B05A flash family at Micron is a few MCP packages, but no datasheets. The above poorly translated quote, I think is referring to problems trying to interchange 2c 84 d8 32 and 2c 84 58 32.
