Hi,
anyone see a BGA152 with ID 2c 84 d8 32 ? Trying to work out a config for it, but currently not getting results. Chip has no part number on it.
Drive has a CBM2199 SOIC-24 controller.

Supposedly, this is a Micron B05A based chip.

Further to this, using closest datasheet I can find (B95A) (MT29F128G08E[B/F]EBB, MT29F128G08E[B/E]CBB MT29F512G08EMCBB), I issued following commands:

It's Intel NAND, so maybe google this datasheet:

Page 89 explains the table..
Memory organization block on page 90 looks promising...

I have a Micron account, but cannot find any datasheet where the exact number matches, or ID appears in it.

That datasheet is for MLC, as far as I can tell this one is TLC.

The part number in the dump leads to the datasheet B95A_128Gb_256Gb_512Gb_Async_Sync_NAND.pdf

I'm concerned that byte 2 and 3 don't appear in it.

I would say the d8 32 is wrong, but did references to it in flash circles.

The only reference to B05A flash family at Micron is a few MCP packages, but no datasheets. The above poorly translated quote, I think is referring to problems trying to interchange 2c 84 d8 32 and 2c 84 58 32.
