Searching by P/N or Model it revealed to be Lenovo 128GB SATA III 6.0Gb/s OEM Internal SSD or Samsung 128GB PM841 NGFF M.2.

Connected to SATA adapter it's not detected on power on, but gets a little warm.

First Connected to NVMe to USB 3.1 adapter in Read Only mode it got detected as 128GB drive but not accesible.

Than I switched off Read Only mode switch and since than it does not get detected anymore.

It's definitely a SATA device. You can determine this from the CONFIG pins:

M.2 format identification:

It appears that the PMU IC (Power Management Unit) is not outputting any voltages. It is receiving a 3.3V input, though. This would suggest that this IC is dead, or is not being enabled.

I can't see the marking on the small IC in the top right corner, but I suspect that it is an e-fuse or load switch. It would be switched on and off via the DEVSLP signal on the interface (pin #38). I would measure DEVSLP, but I suspect that it is OK.

I would test the resistances between ground and each of the inductors at the PMU IC. If the power supplies power up in sequence, then it may be that a short on one output is holding up all the others.

The e-fuse appears to be a house marked STEF4S, in which case it is enabled and working.
