I have a product (unique, one of a kind made specially) years ago, the company that we got it from is no longer in service, the machine runs Windows CE, but recently the machine is beginning to randomly shut down, and currently doesn't power on anymore. So I want to make a backup of the data, before trying to fix the power supply issues, what would be the best way go make a backup of an DiskOnChip G4 (MD8832-d1G-V3-X-P)

I can solder onto the balls if need be. I can access an FlashcatUSB XPORT programmer and purchase a programmer if need be and have purchased 2 new old stock from ebay for testing.
