Those are not diodes, they are decoupling capacitors. The drive will probably work fine because the exact capacitance to ensure correct operation of the memory cells is often rounded up greatly in most electronics. However it is a good idea to replace those capacitors, If the level of capacitance is borderline, some writes may fail and the controller may start remapping blocks thinking the flash was dying. A few good ceramic 0.1uf capacitors will do the job. |
