We had a same device, pinout #140 in VNR database.

I can't send you this memory card, and you don't share or sell pinouts, as I know.

We have this pinout too. But pinout is not a problem. Problem is with ECC correction. This case use LDPC ECC alghoritm. It is not cracked by anyone yet.
