This is just a small post to say that info can be found in all sorts of places. This pic has some info on the purpose of some of the discreet components, and I thought it may prove useful, or food for thought to someone. Attachment: I found this looking for info on Spectek nand chip PFF69, ID: b5 a4 64 32. at https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32984434603.html if you ever wondered what the resistors were for, this may help. Code: JUMPER SETTING.
Moving R6 to R7 for 2-chip mounted. Only one NAND Flash, mounting to U2's side. R43 for Common NAND (R43 Close ,R44 Open);Default Set. R44 for 3D NAND (R44 Close ,R43 Open) |
