Samsung S6 weird memory chip

Hi guys!

We've extracted a chip from a Samsung Galagy S6, but it is one we've never seen before. I'm uploading some pictures to see if you could give me hint as to what to do with this thing. We think it combines NAND and RAM in a single chip, but we have no idea what this pinout is called, or what reader should be used.

Chip in reader

The chip kind of fits in the reader, but it doesn't align properly.

You have removed both controller and the UFS NAND chip. If you look closely you will see the NAND sits on top of the controller and needs to be separated. Not so easy now they are both off the board, but it can be done. So what you are seeing is the top of the NAND and the bottom of the controller.

Much easier to do when first removing from the board.

Wow! You're totally right. The chip already seemed so thin to us that it didn't even occur to us. Thank you very much for your insight! We've managed to remove the chips, though it did require three hands.
