Hi! Make sure you do not have open files on this device and try again. 6/4/2020 13:14:59 NOTE: This tool will NOT copy your boot (OS system) hard drive. The tool requires absolutely exclusive access to the source media. 6/4/2020 13:14:59 If you want to copy/image your boot hard drive, then you would need to attach it temporarily to another PC and perform the task on that PC.
