CompactFlash, SD, MMC, USB flash storage. Anything that does not have moving parts inside.

Hi guys,
I got this USB 128GB flash drive, was working until customer bended it while moving PC tower. I've tried to check connection and solder a cable on PCB but no result. USB is not detected at all, nothing, I wonder if it could be a fuse but I don't see anything reference to fuse on PCB. Any Idea ?
Thanks
Sam

Is the bend in the logic board real?
Or is it the way the picture is taken?
If the board is that bent in real life, you will need to do a chip off.

sorry, there's now visible bend on PCB, it's the magnifying glass effect.

If its been bent, it is unlikely to be just a fuse which has blown. I would suggest checking each of the legs on the controller and NAND chips for a bad connection. Test components such as caps for shorts. Many times when the board has been bent the short can be within the lamination layers of the board so its impossible to trace. A chip-off may be your only option if you cant trace the issue.

Check oscillator.

Also, check under a 10x microscope. easy to miss breaks with just magnifying glass.
