I have a Kingstone flash drive that on its board the below information exist:

I think that I format it in a wrong way and it became:

Code:

Bus 002 Device 064: ID 0c76:0005 JMTek, LLC. Transcend Flash disk


The Linux and Windows OS can't show it.
How can I solve it?
