Hello,
Just got this Intenso for recovery. Did anyone found full pinout? I can't find CE1. Got all databus signals, WE,CE0,ALE,CLE. Memory is EC3A98BF94 so it's 16GB. Should be 2CEs
Maybe i can't see something or got another dead CE. Just wanted to confirm.

Given that you know a load of these signals, can you not find the 2nd chip select by process of deduction? Since it's active low, if you have a weak pull up/down available (e.g. driven from a micro or FPGA through a resistor) to the unknown pin(s), and read the same block in a loop (asserting/de-asserting the known chip select), when you hit the missing one, you should read a different page back.

Not knowing the NAND part itself, and forgive me for asking if this doesn't make sense, but does the internal SD interface see it as an x8 or x16? In the case of an x16, most NAND parts would only have the single CE#.

Certainly if someone "just knows" it will save you the time of doing this, but at a lack of that...

so it is 2x CE's?

Glad you found it.

if 1 bank of 16GB, I am not getting why there would be 2. Could you give a little info if possible?

Yes, found it. Really easy pilnout, except that i guess i left one pin unchecked.
This mSD is 32GB so each CE has 16GB.

Sorry My mistake. I saw this in the post "so it's 16GB" but failed to see the 32GB in the topic, and now realise you meant that ID was 16GB!

I will show myself out!
