How to fix Samsung 860 evo Ultra ATA CRC Error Count error

Hi,
I have the m5a97 r2 motherboard and it turned out to be incompatible with the samsung 860 evo chipset I bought. They do not get a refund. I could not find the way to fix it from the internet. The computer freezes and the Ultra ATA CRC Error Count counter is increasing. So I want to reset my Ultra ATA CRC Error Count error, how do I do it? Is it possible to connect it via USBTLL and reset that value?
