Your second image does not open so its hard to see what you have got. Looks like all sectors are reading okay? but the data is encrypted?

all sectors are equal! But in fact it was not quick just returned with the same data as the first ...

Assuming it's not been wiped with a pattern, it looks like the controller has gone haywire.

It's a monolith and as I don't believe HP actually make their own flash drives, it could be any old crappy Chinese garbage in there.

So could be very expensive :-(

Judging from the pictures, not a pattern, more likely controller went FUBAR.
