I would like to know how much cache-RAM this drive have. Micron support will not tell me.

These are the chips which I tried to lookup on Google without any hits :-(

BACK:
2 x 9XB2D / NW955
1 x 88SS1074-BSW2 / TX3B980.05JW / 1944 B3E / TW (Marvell controller)
1 x 9XB47 / D9XFR

FRONT:
2 X Micron 9UB2D / NW956

Capacitors:
8 X 35V 47nF
