Hello guys,
I need your help...I have an Iphone 8, 256 gb... a few days ago it was blocked with Apple logo on dispay, now is just the black dispay.
How can I recover the photos and videos? There is a chance to save something?

Well, we are already training lot of engineers for the same issues & other problems too in case of Apple phones. Due to covid situation people are not able to visit and outsource the job. Anyways, good to hear your opinion on this topic. |

we can recovery is error 14 problem. To do that, you have to send an iPhone to Korea. After the work, the transportation fee to receive the cell phone should also be paid. The restoration cost is $1000. Please send me an email. |

I don't have an error code, because the computer don't see the iphone connected, even it is. Because I have a lot of photos and videos, I think it's error 14. |

If you get black screen, that's better than Apple Logo. Try to update with 3Utools (not recover, flash update with retain data option). |

Then if you put the phone in DFU or Restore and comptuer doesn't see it, it's hardware. |

I would find somebody who can carefully open the iphone and disconnect the battery. Then reconnect it and power on and observe what happens.............. You might get lucky but don't bet on it. |

I didn't know about them... I just talked with them.They don't recover dates from phones, just HDD, stick....
