Nokia 6.1 dropped

Hi all,
just asking if anybody could handle this one:
Mobile Nokia 6.1 has been dropped to floor and afterward it is just showing Android Recovery, which gives two options: 'try again' and 'factory data reset'. I would not like to start learning with this one.

Nokia 6.1, which is Qualcomm 630.
What tools you have for mobile data extraction?
Chipoff / Jtag will not work in this case.

Ok, thank you for this information. I do not have suitable tools for this one, that's the reason I am asking if anyone could and want to handle this one.
Why not chipoff will not work?

Chipoff will get you only encrypted dump.
We can extract data successfully without chipoff. PM me if you want to outsource.
