SSD SANDISK 240 gb is busy!

FWIW (maybe nothing), I have saved some photos of the same model from the year before yours. It uses an SM2246XT controller.
I suspect that the "ROM mode" shorting points are adjacent to "F01" near one corner of the PCB.

Short the drive, when it goes ready, try LDR.

I don't think it's possible without the proper loader.
You are trying with a loader not for that controller.
